When you change your food, your life automatically changes with it. It has to – our food literally BECOMES the blood and tissues of your body and brain. Are you ready to create big change?

It all starts here!

Don’t worry, this program is not about fasting or buying expensive herbs. We will clean our bodies and minds from the inside out with real, whole, delicious food and simple lifestyle suggestions. And I’m very happy to announce that no matter where you live you can participate!

Phase 1
In the first week, you will reboot your digestive system by introducing healthy, detoxifying foods to your diet. Emphasis will be placed on eliminating foods that are addictive or difficult to digest. Your body’s health resides in the effectiveness of your digestive system, so during this phase you will begin to feel noticeably lighter and more energetic.

Phase 2
In the second two weeks, we’ll celebrate spring by introducing more living, raw foods into the diet and help our digestive system reach optimal performance. You will also incorporate simple lifestyle suggestions into your daily routine to relieve stress, generate positivity and remove additional toxins. You can expect to feel more calm, centered and focused.

By the end of 21 days, you will have generated momentum to continue living in a clean body! Plus, you’ll have a new repertoire of food ideas at your fingertips. Everyone who signs up will receive a pdf of recipes and detox info to keep you on track during and beyond the program.

Best of all, you won’t be going through the process alone. We’ll have three meetings over the course of the detox and ongoing support via an online forum 24 hours a day.

This gentle, sensible program is appropriate for most people. If you have a serious food allergy or diet regimen prescribed by your doctor, please contact me prior to signing up.

Depending on your location you have two options:

1. Detox in person!
We’ll meet at Bow Street Yoga in Somerville, MA.
Meetings will be held 5:45-6:45pm on Sundays 4/25, 5/2, 5/16.
Participants need to sign up through the studio directly:

2. Same awesome program, available online!
Conference-call style meetings will be recorded at 10:00-11:00am ET on Sundays 4/25, 5/2, 5/16. The mp3s will be made available later that day so you can listen whenever is convenient for you.

    Cascia – Thanks! There’s been a bunch of interest so far – so exciting!

    Tamanna – A spring cleansing or detox is fairly common as a yearly ritual (some people prefer to detox at the change of every season!) Weight loss is likely to happen when you clean up your diet, and these 21 days will be a fabulous jumping off point.

    This sounds awesome Michelle! I like that you’re eating regular foods and not having to drink just juice or tea or something like that for those days. LOL I’m looking for healthy new recipes too. I’m going to see what I have after my taxes are done, but I think you can count me in!

    You got me…I’m 99% in! Two questions: do we literally begin on the 25th? I’m coming home that day from a pretty long work trip so realistically wouldn’t be able to start until the next day, is that okay? Also, is it possible to do the phone option for one session and then go to the live session on one of the other dates? I’d prefer to do the live sessions but, again, won’t be back in time for that first session.

    JoAnne – Totally cool to start the following day! Day 1 will be all setup and prep anyway. If you want to do the live sessions you have to sign up through Bow Street Yoga, and sure, if you miss one you can catch up with the recording from the first phone call :-)
