Between pregnancy and childbirth, it’s been a couple of years since I took part in my own detox. I wasn’t sure I’d even run it in 2012, until I noticed something:

I feel kinda tired. Sluggish. My skin’s a little gray, my digestion’s a little unhappy. You know I eat well, but pregnancy and early motherhood can take its toll on the best of us! A little too much chocolate here, a little too much pizza there, not quite enough time on my yoga mat, and…bam. I remember why I rely on this detox so much!

Yeah, I hear ya. But no worries. When you change your food, your life automatically changes with it. It has to – your food literally becomes the tissues of your body and brain. Are you ready to create change and start feeling confident, energized and focused?

This April, give yourself a fresh start with my 21 Day Detox. We will gently clean our bodies and minds from the inside out using real, whole, delicious food and simple lifestyle suggestions. Don’t worry, this is definitely not about fasting or spending a lot of money on herbs.

Within the first week or two, you will notice positive changes in your body, energy levels, moods and mental clarity. Emphasis will be placed on nourishing, detoxifying whole foods. In addition, we’ll shift away from foods that are typically difficult to digest, allergenic or addictive. By the end of 21 days, you will have generated momentum to continue living in a clean body! Best of all, you will have the support of the group as you go through this transformation.

And this time around, I’m providing extra-special attention and guidance for moms like me. Maybe you’re still nursing, maybe you’re struggling with a picky eater. I get it. We’re all in this together. We can do it!

    SO bummed. Was hoping to do it but planning a trip to Costa Rica for 10 days starting May 5th so I think it would be tough to do this while travelling (especially there…not sure exactly what kind of food I’ll be eating! Ha!). I will be with you guys in spirit this time and am going to try to do my own version of it this month in preparation for my trip. Will see if I can put what I’ve learned from the last two to work! Digging out my documents tonight.
