What is it?
My detox is a guided 21 day program based on eating real food. You can participate from anywhere, on your time.
Who’s it for?
Pretty much anyone. My detoxers have included women, men, athletes, moms, yogis…you name it. This gentle, sensible program is appropriate for most people including nursing moms who are getting enough sleep. If you have a serious food allergy or diet regimen prescribed by your doctor, please contact me prior to signing up. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Ever feel stuck in a “blah” place? A bit of a rut? I hear ya. But no worries. When you change your food, your life automatically changes with it. It has to – your food literally becomes the tissues of your body and brain. Are you ready to create change and start feeling confident, energized and focused? Well, it all starts here.

Sounds awesome, doesn’t it? We will gently clean our bodies and minds from the inside out using real, whole, delicious food and simple lifestyle suggestions. Don’t worry, this is definitely not about fasting or spending a lot of money on herbs or supplements.
Within the first week or two, you will notice positive changes in your body, energy levels, moods and mental clarity. Emphasis will be placed on nourishing, detoxifying whole foods. In addition, we’ll shift away from foods that are typically difficult to digest, allergenic or addictive. By the end of 21 days, you will have generated momentum to continue living in a clean body! Best of all, you will have the support of the group as you go through this transformation.

Reboot your body and mind by introducing healthy, detoxifying foods. I remember my first detox, a women swore she’d never eat beets. Well, she tried one of my recipes and became a total convert. She couldn’t stop raving! Ok – you don’t have to eat beets. But what if you tried something new and loved it?

Do I have to give up coffee? Dude, you don’t have to do anything. Some of my most hardcore coffee drinkers in past detoxes have given it up for good though. Usually what happens is you hate my guts for a week and then you love me forever.
Does this mean I can’t have wine? Pretty much the same answer as above. I have had detoxers lose 5-10 lbs. and attribute it to cutting out their nightly drinks. So…I’m just sayin’.
It’s my birthday/I have a business trip/I’m going away for the weekend during the detox. Can I still do it? There will never be a perfect 21 days where you have no plans. I love helping detoxers eat clean during the events of normal life because that’s how you learn to maintain a healthy diet! But if you’re going to be in Aruba for 2 of the 3 weeks on your honeymoon…yeah maybe this isn’t the right time for you. Everyone else – no excuses!
How do I know this program is safe? Buy it and show it to your doctor. How’s that? If he or she says it’s a bad idea, I’ll refund you 100%. (I have never had to refund anyone, ever.)
What if I can’t make it 3 weeks? You’re stronger than you think, and the reward it worth it. Still, it’s up to you how much you do and for how long. Follow this plan for even 1 day and you’ll learn something!
