Motherhood can hit by storm, as was my experience. Birth stories, breastfeeding, lack of sleep, yeah…it gets to you. Nothing makes me happier than my little Danny cuddling with me in the rocking chair. Or feeding him his favorite food.
But I looked in the mirror today and realized I had not plucked my eyebrows in a scary long time! What’s up with that? Maybe it’s time to reconnect with my tweezers. Maybe it’s time to reconnect with a lot of things! And the new year is a perfect time to make that resolution.
So I’m calling out to all new moms – Hey there, gorgeous ladies! I know what you’ve been going through.
Join me for a free 4 week program as a resolution to live your best life in 2012. It’s for you, for me, for every new mom out there who wants a healthier, happier and balanced existence. (In between diaper changes, of course.)
During our 4 weeks together, we’ll bring light to our own needs. And we’ll start to create healthy habits by ditching the idea that self care is selfish. Selfish? Dude, no way. It’s the most important thing we can do for our babies and for our whole family.

You’ll also be included in our online forum where support and laughter is available 24/7. That’s quite a mommy group, isn’t it? Except we’re not here to talk about our kids and their poop. Ok, maybe a little. But really, we will talk about ourselves. Our dreams, and fears, our talents and careers, our secrets for staying sane when the babysitter cancels…again.
